The four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 962 Greenwood Road, Weston was sold on Oct. 28 by Mark F. and Sharon Herman and Sharon Wernick for $700,000. The buyers were Giovan B D'Aleo and Luisanna S Reyes-D'Aleo.

So far in October 2021, 108 properties sold in Weston.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Mark F. Herman has been registered to vote since 1994. Sharon W. Herman has been registered to vote since 1997.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 962 Greenwood Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Dara J. Herman, 25, Mark F. Herman, 59, and Sharon W. Herman, 60.
