The two bedroom, two bathroom home at 8433 N.W. 31st Court, Sunrise was sold on Oct. 28 by Stella Del Vecchio, Stella Delvecchio and Ann Marie Squires for $260,000. The buyers were Bruno Rodriguez and Samantha Morgan Stephens.

So far in October 2021, 185 properties sold in Sunrise.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Stella P. Del Vecchio has been registered to vote since 1976.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 8433 N.W. 31st Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Stella P. Del Vecchio, 75, Frank S. Del Vecchio, 80, and Maria Butera Malvita, 71.
