On Oct. 28, Eduardo J Iglesias Badillo and Gema Maria Rivas De Iglesias sold their five bedroom, four bathroom home at 19124 Seneca Ave., Weston to Marcella Buitrago for $910,000.

This home last sold on March 22, 2010 for $450,000.

So far in October 2021, 108 properties sold in Weston.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Eduardo Jose Iglesias Badillo has been registered to vote since 2014. Gema Maria Rivas De Iglesias has been registered to vote since 2018.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
