On Oct. 29, Hemant Merchant and Pushpalata Samagond sold their five bedroom, three bathroom home at 4119 Laurel Ridge Circle, Weston to Adriana Seifarth, D.O. and Guilherme Arantes, D.O. Amaral for $795,000.

The last time this home sold was Aug. 7, 2008. It last sold for $490,000.

So far in October 2021, 108 properties sold in Weston.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Pushpalata Samagond has been registered to vote since 2019.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 4119 Laurel Ridge Circle as of Oct. 10, 2020: Mira Merchant, 24, and Pushpalata Samagond, 59.
