On Oct. 29, Tibor L. and Amy L. Csakvary sold their three bedroom, three bathroom home at 1109 Waverly Road 2-A, Fort Lauderdale to William Richard and Brittany Leahy for $640,000.

This home last sold for $450,000 on March 23, 2016.

So far in October 2021, 518 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Tibor Laszlo Csakvary has been registered to vote since 2016. Amy Lynne Csakvary has been registered to vote since 2016.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 1109 Waverly Road 2-A as of Oct. 10, 2020: Tibor Laszlo Csakvary, 63, Amy Lynne Csakvary, 56, Rodolfo M. Estefano, 58, and Juan Andres Estefano, 83.
