This home last sold on Aug. 25, 2015 for $342,500.

So far in October 2021, 156 properties sold in Davie.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Aracely Castellanos has been registered to vote since 2016.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 12490 S.W. Seventh Place as of Oct. 10, 2020: Aracely Castellanos, 60, Kayla Symone Costanzo, 26, and Alexander Andreas Castellanos, 20.
