On Sept. 30, Zillow Homes Property (trust) purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 3240 N.W. Sixth Ave., Oakland Park from Robert K. Wyman (revocable trust) for $521,200.

This home last sold for $197,000 on July 7, 2009.

So far in September 2021, 124 properties sold in Oakland Park.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Randall S. Gess, 58, was the only registered voter residing at 3240 N.W. Sixth Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
