This home last sold for $550,000 on Dec. 7, 2004.

So far in September 2021, 190 properties sold in Davie.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 1975 S.W. 116th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Faith Saadeh Kuhn, 69, and Stephen A. Kuhn, 72.
