The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 8117 N.W. 74th Terrace, Tamarac was sold on Sept. 30 by June C. Morales (revocable living trust) for $405,500. The buyers were Alexandra Lozano Salcedo and Leandro Gabriel Robles Garcia.

So far in September 2021, 222 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, June C. Morales has been registered to vote since 1980.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 8117 N.W. 74th Terrace as of Oct. 10, 2020: June C. Morales, 94, and Kristyn Danielle Dejesus, 26.
