On Sept. 30, Laura B. and Brad Burke sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 609 N.W. 30th Court, Wilton Manors to P & Th Acquistions II LLC for $530,000.

So far in September 2021, 42 properties sold in Wilton Manors.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Laura Betty Burke (72) has been registered to vote since 1995.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
