The five bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home at 3700 Heron Ridge Lane, Weston was sold on Sept. 30 by Jerry Ulrich and Jeanne Ulrich (revocable living trust) for $825,000. The buyers were Axel Juan and Genesis Angulo-Juan.

The last time this home sold was Jan. 20, 2009. It last sold for $450,000.

So far in September 2021, 142 properties sold in Weston.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Jerry Alan Ulrich has been registered to vote since 2009. Jeanne Marie Ulrich has been registered to vote since 2009.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 3700 Heron Ridge Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Shane Ulrich, 22, Christine Elizabeth Ulrich, 31, Jerry Alan Ulrich, 59, and Jeanne Marie Ulrich, 57.
