This home last sold for $303,000 on June 9, 2021.

So far in September 2021, 190 properties sold in Davie.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 3620 S.W. 55th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Michael Olejniczak, 68, and Estela Bellotti Olejniczak, 66.
