On Sept. 29, Teresa Janes purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 3537 N.W. 24th St., Lauderdale Lakes from Rose Marie and James Carter for $368,000.

This home last sold for $130,000 on Dec. 14, 2011.

So far in September 2021, 46 properties sold in Lauderdale Lakes.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Rose Marie Carter has been registered to vote since 1994.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 3537 N.W. 24th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Rose Marie Carter, 58, and Devinton A. Bonner, 52.
