On Sept. 29, Javier and Lucelia Rivera sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 3602 N.W. 111th Ave., Sunrise to Lourdes Maria Lopez and Angel Enrique Morena for $305,000.

This home last sold for $155,000 on Feb. 1, 2005.

So far in September 2021, 192 properties sold in Sunrise.
