On Sept. 29, Barry Sarkell sold their three bedroom, three bathroom home at 1503 S.E. Second St., Fort Lauderdale to Avi Abraham Zvulun and Karin Sokel for $810,000.

This home last sold for $690,000 on Aug. 18, 2006.

So far in September 2021, 530 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, August Gold, 66, was the only registered voter residing at 1503 S.E. Second St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
