On Sept. 29, John Lofberg purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 2056 N.E. 21st Court, Wilton Manors from Christine Connolly Phillips, James J. Connolly and Martha C. Connolly (trust) for $920,000.

So far in September 2021, 38 properties sold in Wilton Manors.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, James J. Connolly (89) has been registered to vote since 1982.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
