On Sept. 29, Setton Holdings Oakland LLC purchased a home at 5601 N.W. 27th Court, Lauderhill from Nelson Jean for $560,000.

This home last sold for $420,000 on Feb. 10, 2020.

So far in September 2021, 198 properties sold in Lauderhill.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Micaiah L. Parrish, 23, was the only registered voter residing at 5601 N.W. 27th Court as of Oct. 10, 2020.
