The two bedroom, one bathroom home at 348 N.W. 49th St., Oakland Park was sold on Sept. 29 by Kim D Matthai, Douglas J. Dombroski, Diane D Douma and Karen D Mueller for $350,000. The buyers were William Mace and Jose Vladimir Muros Tejada.

So far in September 2021, 116 properties sold in Oakland Park.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Nancy D. Dombroski, 86, was the only registered voter residing at 348 N.W. 49th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
