On Sept. 29, Hanh Van and Xuan Thanh Phan sold their four bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home at 12200 N.W. 28th Court, Plantation to Susan Helfrick (revocable trust) and John J. Scelfo (revocable trust) for $1,330,000.

This home last sold for $790,000 on March 14, 2016.

So far in September 2021, 198 properties sold in Plantation.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Xuan T. Phan has been registered to vote since 2016.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 12200 N.W. 28th Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Han H. Van Phan, 55, and Xuan T. Phan, 43.
