On Sept. 29, Richard Munoz purchased a four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 3340 N.E. 38th St., Fort Lauderdale from Tiffany M Bartish-Katz and Brian Matthew Katz for $1,550,000.

This home last sold on June 1, 2018 for $1,030,000.

So far in September 2021, 530 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Brian Matthew Katz has been registered to vote since 2018. Tiffany M. Bartish-Katz has been registered to vote since 2018.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
