On Sept. 29, Sebastian Martin and Brian W G Rankine sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 1737 N.E. 58th St., Fort Lauderdale to David Richard and Juli Anna C. Meily for $755,000.

This home last sold for $250,000 on Oct. 24, 2019.

So far in September 2021, 530 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Sebastian Martin has been registered to vote since 2008.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1737 N.E. 58th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Robert Alan Fishback, 66, and Sebastian Martin, 52.
