The two bedroom, one bathroom home at 2530 N.W. 17th St., Fort Lauderdale was sold on Sept. 28 by Hildred Brown for $200,000. The buyer was Only Investments LLC.

So far in September 2021, 507 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Hildred Brown has been registered to vote since 1964.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 2530 N.W. 17th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Hildred Brown, 86, Stephanie Balange Walker, 38, Donald J. Palmer, 38, and Nicole Pascal, 37.
