On Sept. 28, Charles Jeffrey Jacobs and Sandra Garcon purchased a home at 100 Gables Blvd., Weston from Duncan G. and Lisa J. Smith for $575,000.

So far in September 2021, 130 properties sold in Weston.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Lisa Janes Smith has been registered to vote since 1994. Duncan Grahame Smith has been registered to vote since 1999.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 100 Gables Blvd. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Lisa Janes Smith, 62, Duncan Grahame Smith, 62, Andrew Michael Smith, 28, Geoffrey Richard Smith, 24, and Christian G. Smith, 30.
