The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 3681 S.W. 12th Place, Fort Lauderdale was sold on Sept. 28 by Diane Chance and Joseph Wilson for $340,000. The buyers were Monavant Denis and Gislaine Hermogene.

This home last sold for $57,000 on Aug. 21, 2003.

So far in September 2021, 507 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Diane Chance has been registered to vote since 1996.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 3681 S.W. 12th Place as of Oct. 10, 2020: Thomas James Louis Dansereau, 47, Gregory Patrick Palmer, 33, Diane Chance, 55, Nashonna M. Crane, 29, and Lillian A. Dansereau, 75.
