This home last sold on April 13, 2007 for $557,500.

So far in September 2021, 130 properties sold in Weston.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Carlos H. Benitez has been registered to vote since 2008. Selma Benitez has been registered to vote since 2008.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
