On Sept. 28, Jagger Herrera and Amanda Silvio sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 7770 N.W. 36th St., Davie to Altavision 2019 LLC for $355,000.

This home last sold on Nov. 3, 2017 for $270,000.

So far in September 2021, 175 properties sold in Davie.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Amanda Gale Silvio has been registered to vote since 2004. Jagger Herrera has been registered to vote since 2008.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
