On Sept. 28, Carlos and Susana Morales and Susana Arias sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 1837 S.W. 24th Ave., Fort Lauderdale to Ajani Chinua Starks for $533,000.

The last time this home sold was April 22, 2014. It last sold for $295,000.

So far in September 2021, 507 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Carlos Morales has been registered to vote since 2004. Susana Morales has been registered to vote since 2008.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 1837 S.W. 24th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Carlos Morales, 47, Susana Morales, 43, and Lenny Arias, 21.
