On Sept. 28, Giovanna and Evan Auerbach purchased a six bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home at 2961 Hidden Hollow Lane, Davie from Kenneth and Lisa Patino for $1,050,000.

This home last sold on Aug. 16, 2011 for $380,000.

This property is one of 175 sales so far in Davie in September 2021.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Lisa L. Patino has been registered to vote since 1997. Kenneth Patino has been registered to vote since 2004.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 2961 Hidden Hollow Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: David Keith Patino, 39, Lisa L. Patino, 42, and Kenneth Patino, 46.
