Marc and Nathalie Amblard acquire 1410 Middle River Drive, Fort Lauderdale for $1.68M

On Sept. 28, Marc and Nathalie Amblard purchased a three bedroom, one bathroom home at 1410 Middle River Drive, Fort Lauderdale from Alessandro and Veronica Arguello Potenti for $1,683,300.

So far in September 2021, 507 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Alessandro Potenti has been registered to vote since 2016. Veronica Arguello Potenti has been registered to vote since 1999.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 1410 Middle River Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Alessandro Potenti, 56, Maria Jose Zamora, 77, Veronica Arguello Potenti, 44, and Carlos Alberto Zamora, 91.
