This home last sold on Dec. 4, 2001 for $582,885.

So far in September 2021, 130 properties sold in Weston.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 2348 Quail Roost Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: David Perez, 71, and Maria Teresa Castano, 50.
