The commercial property at 1261 S.W. 41st Ave., Uninc-33317 and Broadview Park was sold on Sept. 28 by Fpip XVI LLC for $1,000,000. The buyers were Shelby North Farm I LLC and Shelby North Farm II LLC.

This commercial property last sold for $410,000 on Dec. 23, 2011.

So far in September 2021, this is the only property that sold in Uninc-33317/Broadview Park as of this publication.
