On Sept. 27, Michelle Lee Runde and Margaret Yvonne Volin purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 6815 N.W. 26th Ave., Fort Lauderdale from Michelle Lee Runde and Michelle Lee Grames for $275,000.

This home last sold for $221,500 on Sept. 29, 2003.

So far in September 2021, 480 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were seven registered voters residing at 6815 N.W. 26th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Francis W. Murphy, 83, Robertha Rena Johnson-Brown, 60, Susan F. Murphy, 75, Errol Charles Brown, 60, Michelle Smith, 49, Sandra Lee Jones, 73, and Avery E. J. Brown, 24.
