On Sept. 27, Eric George Woods sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 6100 N.W. 34th Way, Fort Lauderdale to Tara and Nicole Wengert for $350,000.

This home last sold for $195,000 on Dec. 26, 2018.

So far in September 2021, 480 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Eric George Woods has been registered to vote since 2018.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 6100 N.W. 34th Way as of Oct. 10, 2020: Meredith Dara Tucker, 40, Barbara T. Schuster, 92, and Eric George Woods, 58.
