On Sept. 27, Laurence and Odessa Perler sold their three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 8509 N.W. Ninth Place 8509-1, Plantation to Gary Flaxman for $336,100.

This home last sold on Aug. 21, 2000 for $123,000.

So far in September 2021, 169 properties sold in Plantation.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Odessa Llamas Perler has been registered to vote since 1996. Laurence Keith Perler has been registered to vote since 2000.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
