The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 4004 N.E. 21st Ave., Fort Lauderdale was sold on Sept. 27 by Sanjeev Sanghera and 4004 Ne 21 Ave Land Trust for $890,000. The buyer was Khalid Nahro.

This home last sold for $460,854 on Oct. 18, 2016.

So far in September 2021, 480 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Sanjeev S. Sanghera (47) has been registered to vote since 2006.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
