On Sept. 27, Tanganacka Edwards purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 846 N.W. 28th Ave., Fort Lauderdale (unincorporated) from East House LLC for $288,000.

This home last sold on Aug. 25, 2020 for $175,000.

So far in September 2021, 19 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale (unincorporated).

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Dexter S. Roberts, 48, was the only registered voter residing at 846 N.W. 28th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
