On Sept. 27, James R. and Susan H. Wright sold their two bedroom, one bathroom home at 361 Delaware Ave., Fort Lauderdale to Robyn Fisher and Yadian Fonseca for $275,000.

So far in September 2021, 480 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, James Roland Wright has been registered to vote since 1994. Susan H. Wright has been registered to vote since 2008.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 361 Delaware Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: James Roland Wright, 64, Saritza Mendoza, 33, Jamori Niara Wright, 25, and Susan H. Wright, 52.
