This home last sold for $297,000 on Aug. 23, 2002.

So far in September 2021, 117 properties sold in Weston.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Eric Jay Rutner has been registered to vote since 1984.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1629 Blue Jay Circle as of Oct. 10, 2020: Eric Jay Rutner, 55, and Betty Oved-Rutner, 56.
