The last time this home sold was Jan. 31, 2017. It last sold for $355,000.

So far in September 2021, 166 properties sold in Davie.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 8404 S.W. 26th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Richard B. Eldridge, 58, and Timothy Wayde Wilkins, 48.
