The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 3400 S.W. 13th Court, Fort Lauderdale was sold on Sept. 27 by Samantha J. Nicaragua and Jose R. Ribas for $365,000. The buyers were Darien Camejo Sanchez and Yamile Iser.

This home last sold on Aug. 2, 2017 for $225,000.

So far in September 2021, 480 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Samantha J. Ribas has been registered to vote since 2017. Jose Ricardo Ribas has been registered to vote since 2009.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 3400 S.W. 13th Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kaylon Parker Green, 51, Samantha J. Ribas, 34, and Jose Ricardo Ribas, 29.
