On Sept. 24, Applied Coatings Group LLC and Amanda Leigh Rosselle purchased a six bedroom, six bathroom home at 11141 Blackhawk Blvd., Davie from Melissa C Cross and Melissa Combest for $1,500,000.

This home last sold on Aug. 18, 2005 for $1,038,390.

So far in September 2021, 147 properties sold in Davie.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Melissa Combest has been registered to vote since 1998.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 11141 Blackhawk Blvd. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Karlee Stricklin Cross, 22, Victoria Michelle Schneeberger-Webster, 28, Melissa Combest, 51, Peyton Kelly Cross, 24, and Ryan Jay Schneeberger, 47.
