The last time this home sold was March 22, 2012. It last sold for $315,000.

So far in September 2021, 113 properties sold in Weston.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Alexis Rodriguez has been registered to vote since 2012.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 469 Conservation Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Patricia Valencia, 55, Manuel Alejandro Serrano, 51, Alexis Rodriguez, 54, Tatiana Patricia Valencia, 26, and Amanda Marinelli, 52.
