On Sept. 24, Richard and Denise Washington purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 1190 Alabama Ave., Fort Lauderdale from Pamela L Jackson, Betty L. Bennett and Betty Lois Dixon for $375,000.

So far in September 2021, 439 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Betty L. Bennett has been registered to vote since 1980.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were seven registered voters residing at 1190 Alabama Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Emerald Shonte Robinson, 27, Erikka Shanice Robinson, 28, Betty L. Bennett, 76, Kimberly Rochelle Thomas, 53, Gena Marie Mandeville, 54, Ebone' Shantell Robinson, 34, and Darin James Mandeville, 55.
