The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 1303 Cordova Road, Fort Lauderdale was sold on Sept. 24 by Suzan Gayle Hairston Reynolds for $779,000. The buyers were Mikkel and Nakeeta Dixon.

So far in September 2021, 439 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Suzan Hairston Reynolds (68) has been registered to vote since 1996.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
