On Sept. 24, Matthew David, Gloria E., Brian Patrick, Lisa Marie, Patricia Colleen and Andrew Thomas Fitzgerald and Julie Fitzgerald Karp sold their four bedroom, three bathroom home at 5641 S.W. Third St., Plantation to Sbp Financial LLC for $450,000.

So far in September 2021, 156 properties sold in Plantation.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Gloria E. Fitzgerald (88) has been registered to vote since 1968.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
