The last time this home sold was Dec. 18, 2020. It last sold for $285,000.

So far in September 2021, 439 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Daniel Ray Williams, 55, was the only registered voter residing at 340 Sunset Drive 703 as of Oct. 10, 2020.
