So far in September 2021, 146 properties sold in Davie.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Maykel Segui has been registered to vote since 2016. Yaroslavi Sierra has been registered to vote since 2018.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 12727 N. Winners Circle as of Oct. 10, 2020: Maria Angelina Espinosa, 69, Maykel Segui, 44, Jesus Guillermo Sierra, 62, Yaroslavi Sierra, 38, and Bernabe Segui, 68.
