The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 1937 Windward Drive, Lauderdale-By-the-Sea was sold on Sept. 23 by Antonino Materia and Anna Materia (living trust) for $865,000. The buyers were Paul and Rumjana Zeleva Garratt.

The last time this home sold was Aug. 5, 2009. It last sold for $285,000.

So far in September 2021, 26 properties sold in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Antonio Materia, 85, was the only registered voter residing at 1937 Windward Drive, Lauderdale-By-the-Sea as of Oct. 10, 2020.
