The three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 10156 N.W. Fourth St., Plantation was sold on Sept. 23 by Natasha Senat and Junior Numa for $486,250. The buyers were Deshawn Nicholson and Vanessa Aumoithe-Nicholson.

The last time this home sold was Nov. 17, 2015. It last sold for $320,000.

So far in September 2021, 154 properties sold in Plantation.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Nathasha Senat, 37, was the only registered voter residing at 10156 N.W. Fourth St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
