This home last sold for $272,500 on March 25, 2021.

So far in September 2021, 158 properties sold in Sunrise.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were nine registered voters residing at 2341 N.W. 60th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Nadia Shaniqua Slater, 28, Donya G. Ward, 53, Manousna R. Darius, 35, Leslie Severne Clarke, 65, Anthony Denard Ward, 53, Shelden Henock Joseph, 23, Henock Joseph, 63, Jamie Danielle Grissett, 36, and Marie Michelle Ismeric, 57.
